Repair Services

It is a sad fact that knitted and crochet items do suffer from wear and tear, and you don't want to stop wearing a favorite because of a small hole or snag. That small hole, though, is just going to get bigger, but the good news is that these small holes and snags are easier to fix than you might think. There are times, however, when it may not be practical to make these repairs yourself, and we can refer you to custom repair services for knitted and crocheted items. Fees are paid directly to the individual performing these services and will depend on the overall condition of the item to be repaired, the complexity of the repairs, and any supplemental materials that must be used. The item to be repaired will generally need to be brought in and left for a few days for an assessment of whether the item can be repaired, what type of repair is needed, and how much the repairs are likely to cost.
