Peacock Poncho

— Created by Janice Farrell Pea

Janice was inspired by this novelty yarn, called Peacock, because the more subtle brown shade reminded her more of the Peahen, whose handsome mate gets most of the attention. The Peahen's plumage may not be as brilliant, but it keeps her warm, and no one tries to pluck her tail feathers to make fans!

Poncho for Tanya

— Created by Matthew Hesson-McInnis

Matthew designed this poncho to have flat edges, to allow for a garter stitch pattern, a stockinette pattern, or a textured pattern, and to maintain freedom of movement for the arms. The poncho is knit from the top down using a raglan type shaping.

The Thrice Knit Poncho

— Created by Janice Farrell Pea

It took Janice three tries to get a garment she just loved – I'd say the third time was definitely the charm.
