•  Knit for Her Cure, 2005

We want to thank everyone who bought a Knit for Her Cure kit, and we want to everyone who showed their support by coming to knit with us at the special "Knit For the Cure" day. Thanks to everyone who brought a side-dish to share, and many, many thanks to Domino's Pizza on Kirby Avenue for generously donating all the pizza — it was greatly appreciated. Finally, many thanks to everyone who purchased raffle tickets for Kate's Lace Scarf raffle. Kate raised $150 for the Susan G. Komen foundation, and Diane Pyle of Decatur was the lucky winner!

•  The 2005 Fall Open House was September 23, 24, & 25

I want to express special thanks to everyone who attended my annual open house. It was really great to see you all. Plus, I have started contacting the several customers who won door prizes. For those who are still wondering, the yarn-label guessing game bag contained 1,010 yarn labels, and the winning guess was 1,016. Don't forget that we have an open house every year, always on the last full weekend in September.
