Janice knit the Thrift Shop Shawl using Silk Noir from Great Adirondack.
Here's yet version of Elizabeth Zimmerman's π r shawl. We're glad the knitter ran out of the main color yarn, because the contrasting purple border is just stunning.
Karla knit the Ocean Waves Shawl (pattern by Hyphen Boy Designs) using Silk Noir from Great Adirondack.
Janice knit this shawl using Baby Llama yarn from Elsbeth Lavold. She had to improvise after she discovered that she had misread the pattern, but she adeptly reconfigured the ties with her usual aplomb. The final product was a bit smaller than intended, but Kara graciously volunteered to model the shawl.
After taking the circular shawls class, Heidi knit this gorgeous spiral shawl with a trellis edging. As always, Heidi has accessorized perfectly.
Ray knit the Estonian Garden Shawl using Helen's Lace (a 50% silk, 50% merino blend) from Lorna's Laces. He did an incredible job with the knitting, which took him over two years (although he did knit quite a few other projects during that time frame). Too bad Ray wouldn't model the shawl for us!
Matthew knit this shawl (Feather & Fan Shawl from A Gathering of Lace) for Diane to thank her for bringing Edwina into his life.
