Felting Clogs Picture Gallery

Judith and Matthew and Tina got together for a day of hand dyeing yarns, but they also decided to take a break to felt the clogs Judith knit for herself. The following pictures illustrate the remarkable changes that the clogs undergo during the felting process. Each time we took the clogs out, we took another picture (with the ruler for scale) to show you that they really do shrink up!

These are the clogs prior to felting. Note how huge they are. Also note how distinct the variegations in color are on the instep.
