Steven came in to buy the yarn on a Wednesday. The following Saturday, he was putting the finishing touches on. Once the hat was finished,
he didn't take it off all day.

Kim's husband stole the hat (on the left) that she knit in Ray's Two-Fisted, Two-Color Knitting class,
but she's planning to knit another. The hat on the right was knit at a workshop (but I should have taken notes since I
can't remember a day later which workshop it was).

Isak took Ray's Two-Fisted, Two-Color Knitting class to learn how to knit Fair Isle patterns, and her
first project is this fantastic hat. She is clearly thrilled with the hat, as well she should be!

If I'm not mistaken, this is the first hat that Isak knit. What I am less certain about, however, is how to spell her name.
I recall her talking about the origins of her name, but I'm not sure I've ever seen it in writing. I have no doubts, however,
that her hat is fantastic.

Janice knit two red & purple hats, turning herself and Sheri into purple hat twins.

Kate wove the Poinsettia flower with her Weavette Loom and originally pinned it to a red sweater, but it didn't show up
so well. When she unearthed a felted hat, she realized it would be the perfect accessory for the hat. Thanks to Nikki for
modeling the hat.

Matthew knit this hat using Mountain Colors Weaver's Wool Quarters with a triple-rolled brim for extra warmth.

Sharon Michalove is showing her non-fuzzy hat, inspired by the fuzzy hat with mohair. Since Sharon didn't want the fuzzy,
she left the mohair out of her version.

Matthew knit this hat for his partner, Grant, using fingering weight alpaca and using size 2 needles. Who
knew a hat could take so long to knit.

Matthew knit this hat and scarf out of Noro's Cash-Iroha yarn (a cashmere, silk, and wool blend). The vine lace
pattern is easier than it looks (only two pattern rows, that are the same pattern shifted over one stitch), and
of course it's purple!

Matthew knit this hat and scarf for Robert using pure wool yarn from Wool in the Woods. The scarf is a
multidirectional scarf, and the hat is the spiral pattern designed by our own Nancy Delcomyn.

Janice knit this hat to felt for her daughter, Katie, but the Skylab yarn is ready, willing, and able
to felt itself, so if you felt with Skylab, check the size often because the hat is a wee bit too small,
which is why we're seeing it on the webmaster's niece.

It's cold work guarding Kate's house, so the gargoyle and the saint get
scarves and hats! Clearly Kate is thoughtful, but what was she
thinking?
